Please note: this camp can only be booked for the full week (5 days).
During all weeks of the May holiday, we’ll organize a Sailing & Fun Camp on a daily base. Sailing & Fun stands for learning to sail in an Optimist (a small sailing dinghy) for one daily period and the other part of the day will be fun-packed with outdoor & aquatic sports. These sports include activities such as make your own camp fire, prepare food in nature, Building Your Own Raft, Canoeing, Archery, GPS tracking and Learning Survival Skills. A camp very true to our motto ‘Learn by Play’.
All activities will take place at Outdoor & Aquatics Jeugdland, Valentijnkade 131, 1095 KH in Amsterdam (East). If the weather is really bad, there will be an alternative program indoors. Supervision and training will be by schooled and experienced teachers. Hurry up and enroll for this Sailing & Fun Camp and learn to sail properly in a enjoyable way!
Who: children from 8 until 12 years;
Requirements: Swimming certificate A or a foreign equivalent; on the water wearing a safety vest will be obligatory.
When: Week 1: Mo. April 29th – Fr. May 3th 2024. Week 2: Mo. May 6st – Fr. May 10th 2024.
Time: Each day from 9am until 4pm.
Where: Outdoor & Aquatics Jeugdland (Amsterdam-East).
